Our thoughts are with the Carbert and Olienick families and loved ones. A very disappointing result for these men.
Carbert and Olienick Found Not Guilty of Conspiracy to Commit Murder of Police Officers
Very happy with the result of the most serious charge. However, the guilty verdicts on weapons and mischief are puzzling.
These men are still being held in the remand centre awaiting sentencing.
